IELTS Administrator/Manager in Alexandria - (International English Language Testing System)
Closely work with Country Examination Manager and Senior Examinations Manager as appropriate to provide administration and development of examinations business in line with British Council EXCSS ( Examinations Customer Service Standards), Board requirements and Marketing and Business Action Plans
Managing specified examination venues to meet British Council / examination board specifications
Assisting in the delivery of the local marketing and promotions plan
Delivering high quality exams administration and information to customers and clients, meeting their needs and enabling the British Council to achieve its objectives
Delivering agreed IELTS, IGCSE, Professional and Educational examinations services and supervising exam locations
Providing direct support to customers and clients
Financial duties include handling and reporting on cash holdings within delegated authorities and according to requirements of British Council Essential Finance
Conducting delegated income reconciliations produced on time and in accordance with British Council Essentail Finance guidelines
All cash analyses are generated accurately and on time
Participate in and organize public events, cross-over and out-reach activities
Conducting good examination financial services to internal customers and appropriate exam boards (quarterly reconciliation)
Inputting all income onto exams spreadsheets to provide input for the examination unit financial plan
Completing financial processes using the British Council Financial and Business System (FABS)
Meet agreed quarterly input dates to enable managers to manage budgets effectively and to enable all staff to fulfil their client and customer financial requirements
Achieved an increase in IELTS demand for examinations in the third and fourth quarters in 2004, 2005 and 2006 and the four quarters in 2007, 2008 and 2009
Responsible for teaching the English Language to clients of the center
- Responsible for introducing a new product (Daily Income Fund).
- I managed to open 15 new accounts with new clients.
- Temporary responsibility for typing and sending memos, letters and
progress forms.
- Carried out filing processes for incoming and outgoing letters of credit, while learning its methods and terms of use.
