● Scanning CVs, holding assessments, interviewing candidates in accordance with the recruitment process to ensure HR meets its recruitment targets.
● Liaising with the PRO to bring on-board new staff and ensure that all government requirements are completed.
● Liaising with different departments to ensure hiring or exit of staff is done systematically.
● Working with Department Heads to ensure that all department actions are completed.
● To assist in scheduling various meetings and employee programs and events in compliance with department needs.
● Provide written references, conveying information through written materials such as forms, and procedures required for various documents.
● Informing applicants and employees regarding various programs and procedure requirements such as tenure, hours of work, benefits, general work expectations, and time off.
● Notifying employees on health, medical and compensation benefits.
● Maintain confidentiality concerning personnel actions, legal actions, termination and non-renewal of documents, and organizational plans.
● Making recommendations to the HR Manager on hiring programs, trouble areas, and many other opportunities.
● Ensuring accurate collection of employee data and producing reports as required.
● Handling, filing and keeping track of employee documents.
● Following up on ad hoc employee requests and issues.
● To monitor and record the man hours expended.
● To ensure management receive timely and accurate timekeeping trackers and reports.
● To prepare Purchase Orders for travel request forms for employees and coordinate the same with the Human Resource department.
● To ensure all Third Party relationships are maintained in a professional manner.
● To prepare the payroll in line with the billing on a daily basis, and monitor and report the variance to management.
● Coordination with Human Resource department for employees contract terms and any if applicable, additions or deductions on a monthly basis.
● Distribution, collection and analysis of daily, weekly and monthly timesheets.
