I was acting as deputy GM; handling three brands (TEKA, PALSON and IGNIS) business to business (traders, kitchen studios, Projects, Hypermarkets, appliances stores). Business to client (Teka showrooms, 3 outlets) controlling the sales, operation, staff skills, maintenance and after sales service, reporting directly to The Chair-GM.
My career has led me to specialize increasingly in the management of complex multicultural projects and their staffs at international levels. I have experience in: strategic forward-planning; operating within the tight financial disciplines imposed by ambitious budgets which I have helped to plan; methodical administration to deadlines and the application of modern leadership methods (through staff motivation and involvement in both decision-making and target-setting, clarity in communication, and easy personal inter-relations)My duties were the daily sales, backorders, inventory control, staff trainings and product managers follow-up with suppliers and local clients
In addition to set business plans, yearly budget, marketing, branding, advertising, sales reports, quarterly board presentations and development plans (strategically thinking)
In briefing, I was working on the main KPI’s (Rotation, sales growth, gross profitability and collection)
