• Checking Daily Sales Report for Accuracy.
• Food Costing & Food Variances report.

• Checking stocks supplies upon receiving from Shipment.
• Preparation of Invoices for every clients orders.
• Preparation of Month end Inventory
• Filing of Shipment Invoices and Packing list for documentation purposes.
• Depositing Cash and Cheques to Banks, Bank Reconciliation.

• Responsible for handling staff training and scheduling.
• Coordinate activities between the kitchen and delivery driver to ensure a restaurant's delivery service is Efficient.
• Responsible for sales generated per day and bank deposits.
• Ensuring Restaurant’s Permits with health, safety and labor laws.
• Responsible for overseeing the order and cleanliness of the kitchen and dining room to avoid health and safety violation.

Responsible for interviewing, hiring and training of new employees.
•Responsible for handling staff training and scheduling.

•Responsible for tracking food costs and raising menu prices when necessary.

Preparing Monthly Reports for Balance Sheet, Income Statement, Capital Expenses.
•Daily Posting of deposit and withdrawals for clients ledgers and Passbooks.
•Updating Trial balances accounts, Posting Journal entries, Accruals, Bank Reconciliation Etc.
