Working in Revit MEP for HVAC shop drawings.
Leading the MEP drafting team comprises HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing & Fire Protection Draught’s man.
Prepare the drawing logs with planning department soon after signing of new project.
Co-ordinating the site mobilization and allocation of draught’s man & drafting equipments.
Study the contract drawings and assist the draught’s man in critical places like plant rooms, shafts, etc.
Drive the drafting team to achieve the drawing logs within the time frame.
Visiting the site offices and have meeting with Project managers & Project engineers to make sure the drawing submitted as per drawing logs and approval status of the drawings.
Implementing the new BIM software for HVAC Ducting called Fabrication CADmep & EstMEP. Building the ducting libraries for this software as per local manufacturing standards.
Preparation of Ducting layouts, Chilled & Condenser water piping Layouts with the co-ordination of structure & Other Services.
Preparation of Electro-Mechanical composite layouts.
Study the HVAC contract drawings with specifications
