1. Working as an Engineer-Design and Estimation (Designation as per appointment order Project Engineer) Looking after AutoCAD Drawing preparation and Estimation at Emirates Neon Group at Sharjah, UAE from 17.02.2016. Working in Traffic signage and Aluminium Castings division.
Role and responsibility:
Reporting to Sr. Project Engineer and General Manager.
Estimating the cost of production for Traffic signs and Fabricated of Steel structures for other sinages and Aluminium Grill works to quote for Tenders and RFQs and providing Technical proposals.
Preparation of AutoCAD shop drawings for Traffic signs and their mounting structures.
Estimation and drawing preparation for Aluminium Casting Grills, Mashrabia, Jally, Bollards, Hand rails etc.,
Preparation of AutoCAD drawings for pipe supports and their fabrication.
Estimate the cost of products/jobs to be fabricated as per the customer requirement/drawings
in order to quote price for Tenders and RFQs.
Preparation of work order, Bill of materials, Bill of quantity, Material take off, purchase requisition for major products and engineering related documentation.
Production planning and control for cost effectiveness, assessing raw material and other resources requirements and convey to the concern authorities.
In-charge for the entire production activities of the welding electrode manufacturing unit.
Allocation of jobs to subordinates, supervising and controlling them.
Organizing procurement of raw materials, consumables and machinery and spares, Managing and controlling Stores dept..
Maintenance of ISO documentation and to overview and check whether the activities are being performed as per the procedures addressed in the ISO Manual at production, procurement and stores departments.

4. Worked as a Draughtsman from 10.07.2006 to 20.02.2010 at M/s Electro Industries Co. LLC, Dubai, a reputed organisation in the field of Signage. Even though my designation is Draughtsman for visa purpose, worked as/like a Project Co-Ordinator.

A. Involving in design, manufacturing and installation of Traffic signboards on Gantry, Cantilever and ground mounted structures, (as per the standards being followed by the respective Roads and Transports Authorities of Gulf and Middle East countries)
