•Operation and Maintenance of Business to Business Links
•Configuring and maintaining ILP, MPLS Circuits
•Providing P2P NLD Link using copper and FTTH Backhaul
•Network Surveillance using Watsup and Netcool.
•Configuring and troubleshooting NOKIA, ALCAUTEL, ZTE, HUAWEI Optical network devices.
•Resolve problems with minimal supervision.
•Monitor and analyze RAS/ACR/WSM alarm/performance/status.
•Contribute EMS Engineering support to Customer and to multi-functional team of R&D, Program Management, Core Networking, RF Engineering, Transport and Technical/Training Support to fulfill multi-technology wireless network deployment across customer markets.
•Work day to day TAC activities such as trouble tickets raised by the customer, generating reports, and work in the lab to isolate the issue.
•Communicate effectively to the customer on status of the issues

•Coordinating FTTH GPON Project for BATELCO Bahrain
•Operations and maintenance of fiber optic network
