• Screening applicants for local and overseas
recruitment
• Ensure smooth on-boarding for new hires by
responsible for completion of pre-joining
documentation
• Check frequently the level of office supplies and
place appropriate orders
• Answer incoming calls regarding patient diet and
service questions
• Prepares food orders for Chef according to
requests from Doctors, Nurses and Dieticians
• Monitor health related information system to
generate meal reports and orders
• Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety
procedures
