• Assists the Store Manager in Supervising subordinates and the management of store
• Assumes the responsibilities of the Store Manager in the latter's absence
• Maintains a high regard for Customer queries as well as complaints
• Maintains employees discipline in the branch policies, regulation and standard operating procedures
• Follow up customer regarding up to date news regarding new arrivals.
• Motivates subordinates toward the attainment of the store branch objectives
• Checks and monitors the attendance of subordinates
• Coordinate with warehouse and buying department regarding Purchase orders as well as Transfer orders via Microsoft NAV
• Coordinates with contractors regarding in-store maintenance/upgrades.
• Implement branch marketing activities to optimize sales performance of the store on a monthly basis

• Manages and regulates incoming and outgoing deliveries as well as monitoring inventory level.
• Creates feedback reports regarding week sales performance, stock requisitions, product movement, in-store marketing/promotional initiatives.
• Performs other related duties as may be assigned.
