Project: Doha Oasis - The Staff Residence (4B+G+M+10+2Roof) Hotel Apartment, Qatar

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Conduct regular site inspections for all civil, architectural and fit-out activities including other structural components to ensure the highest quality of works and completed in compliance with the approved project specifications, drawings, methodology, ITP and all relevant standards
• Identify workmanship deviations and issuance of non-conformance report (NCRs) and site observations to the contractors including other respective party involved
• Verify and ensure all materials being used are in conformance to the approved material submittals and project specifications. Regular monitoring of all materials to ensure the good condition and proper storage
• Attend & record all quality related testing activities on/off site and in labs, ensuring all requirements are satisfied
• Study project drawings, specifications and methodology to ensure works and implementation are in the strict adherence to the approved quality requirements and standards
• Ensure all quality related tools and equipments being used are calibrated, inspected and properly documented
• Proper coordination with the contractor’s quality team to ensure daily activities are closely monitored, works are checked, and carried out with the highest quality standard
• Observe, record and report significant events, relevant issues including safety related affecting the quality and progress of the project
• Carry out snagging and de-snagging works with detailed progress reporting, monitoring and documentation
• Attend and assist the completion team during project final inspections and handover procedures including authorities evaluation like civil defense and other concerned government agencies for occupancy approval

Project includes 16 mixed-use buildings, a public park and streets with track system for Tram:
▪ 4 levels site-wide basement parking with centralized utility tunnels & services
▪ 4B+G+2M+23 Storey Hotel Building (Park Hyatt Doha)
▪ 14 buildings for commercial, retail, offices and residential properties (a smart apartment units)
▪ Mosque and Imam house
▪ Swimming pool, gym and other amenities for each buildings
▪ Site-wide landscaping (parks, playground, streets & sidewalks)

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Fully responsible for all inspection and supervision of quality related activities from start to project completion & handover (structural, civil, architectural and fit-out) ensuring works are executed and completed in accordance with the approved project specifications, drawings, methodology, ITP and all relevant standards
• Proper coordination with the construction team including sub-contractors by constant monitoring, proactively conduct internal inspection and suggest preventive measures to avoid NCR and delay of activities
• Prepare all required documents, submit request and coordinate with the consultant inspectorate team & third party for inspections
• Organize and carry out actual internal quality training (toolbox talk) to avoid any workmanship deviations and NCR
• Ensure all testing, measuring equipments and all other quality apparatus are checked, properly documented including certificates and all inspection log are filed
• Ensure all materials are approved, in proper storage & the condition are regularly checked specially its expiration
• Conduct snagging and de-snagging works using advance software application by SnagR that includes online monitoring, progress and KPI reporting
• Ensure all issued NCRs including job site observation and other non-conformity reports are constantly monitored, addressed for proper documentation and closure

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Primarily responsible for all qa/qc inspections of structural, civil, architectural and fit-out activities ensuring works are executed and completed in accordance with the approved project specifications, drawings, materials, MS/ITP and relevant standards
• Conduct regular site inspections proactively in coordination with the construction team to avoid any workmanship deviations, non-conformance report, and site observations comments
• Prepare all documents, submit request and coordinate with the consultants, third parties and local authorities or municipality engineers for inspections
• Study the approved project drawings, specifications, methodology and necessary documents to ensure works and implementation are in the strict adherence to the quality requirements & standards
• Involved in the preparation of all necessary quality related instructions and toolbox talk to ensure that quality system is implemented efficiently on time
• Ensure all testing, measuring equipments and other quality apparatus are checked, calibrated and the certificates are properly documented and filed
• Ensure all materials on/off-site are approved and the conditions are regularly monitored
• Conduct snagging and de-snagging works with detailed reporting & monitoring
• Ensure all issued NCR and other non-conformity reports are addressed for proper documentation and closure

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Responsible for all construction activities on-site, managing manpower, materials and ensuring works are executed as per the approved drawings, specifications, methodology, quality standards and safety regulations
• Review and interpret technical drawings, blueprints and specifications to ensure the strict compliance and accurate implementation
• Daily site inspections to monitor progress, productivity and identify potential issues ensuring compliance with engineering and design
• Prepare reports on project status and provide updates to the management to ensure timely project completion
• Conduct regular toolbox talk, meetings and site instructions
• Coordinates with the managers, construction team including sub-contractors, safety and quality team to optimize project execution safely on time
• Implement and enforce site safety protocols for a secure working environment
