 Monitor the daily isolation, de-isolation, and activity adjustment as TOTAL SHUTDOWN COORDINATOR.
 Update CMMS (E-Plantia) on mechanical maintenance shutdown activities update. Include reports of delay and incompletion of job in the maintenance review of the department.
C. BUDGET / COST CONTROL
 Prepare Annual budget for Mechanical Preventive Maintenance and Repair Group. Review 5year Maintenance Plan and Incorporate with the New Maintenance Budget Proposal. Includes Time based maintenance, Condition Base maintenance and CAPEX request.
