Mechanical Maintenance Inspector
a. Conducts daily monitoring of various equipment status and diagnosis as per weekly, monthly, quarterly, and shutdown inspection checklist.
b. Identify cause of equipment failure and recommend repair of equipment
c. Review EOM and implement equipment inspection and maintenance activities.
d. Carry out infrared thermography inspection, vibration monitoring, and balancing of rotating equipment.
e. Coordinate to operation, repair, electrical &, instrumentation in solving problems on the equipments in-charge.
f. Review cause of equipment failure and recommend modification to improve availability, reliability and life of equipment.
g. Report unsafe condition in the plant and discussed recommendation with safety, operation, and maintenance personnel.
h. Submit Daily/Weekly Inspection Report to Mechanical Supervisor / Superintendents of equipment condition and maintenance repair completion.
i. Lead maintenance activities when Maintenance Supervisor is on-leave.

A. WORK PLANNER / SCHEDULER
 Prepares Maintenance Activities of Sinter Plant, Power Plant, Jetty Operation, Burnt Lime Plant for different mechanical work groups (Inspection, Fabrication, Shop, Overhauling, Conveyor, Lubrication, and Contractors)
 Assign maintenance job trough MWO (Maintenance Work Order) to mechanical work groups. Provide work list, schedule, work plan, manpower allocation, maintenance timing and duration of individual jobs
 Coordinate with spare parts, inspection, and mechanical repair group during equipment evaluation or modification.
 Prepare & Report Mechanical Department Activities on Daily Morning Meeting.
 Coordinate Operation group, Electrical and Yard Operation in work scheduling of work, isolation, and turnover of equipment under mechanical maintenance.
 Daily update job completion and update CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System)- E-Plantia

B. TOTAL SHUTDOWN PLANNER
 Identify shutdown maintenance jobs from Maintenance Work Orders Inspection results, 3-5years Maintenance Plan, departmental request.
 Identify Spare Parts requirements. Issue MWO to Fabrication, Overhauling, Conveyor, Repair, and Contractor for assembly section preparation and include them in the daily maintenance activities.
 Coordinate with the Logistic Department on the availability/ delivery of requested spare parts and PO of Contracted works.
 Using Gantt Charts & PERT-CPM, Integrate all shutdown jobs from Engineering, Electrical, and Operation (Material Handling, Sinter, Burnt Lime, and Power Plant) for Total Plant Shutdown)
 Prepare Total Shutdown Plan update for deliberation on Pre-Shutdown meetings. Includes Manpower Allocation, Heavy Equipment Usage, Repair Schedule, All Workgroups Schedule
 Monitor the daily isolation, de-isolation, and activity adjustment as TOTAL SHUTDOWN COORDINATOR.
 Update CMMS (E-Plantia) on mechanical maintenance shutdown activities update. Include reports of delay and incompletion of job in the maintenance review of the department.
C. BUDGET / COST CONTROL
 Prepare Annual budget for Mechanical Preventive Maintenance and Repair Group. Review 5year Maintenance Plan and Incorporate with the New Maintenance Budget Proposal. Includes Time based maintenance, Condition Base maintenance and CAPEX request.
 Review Maintenance Budget Allocation on every maintenance activities like Repair, Spare parts preparation, Contractor works, Manpower Overtime, CAPEX.
 Prepare Mechanical monthly budget summary update or Cost Control Report and discuss during Cost Control and Budget Improvement Meeting.
 Coordinate with Logistic Department and Contractors on the approval of PO for contracted maintenance and per job order.

 Monitor daily Production output & efficiency. Provide summary report of daily sales & production output comparison.
 Identify problems that cause low production output and discuss with the production shift supervisor for possible improvement in process and raw materials quality and supply, and maintenance of equipment.
 Coordinate with Quality Control Supervisor on complains and product quality issues.
 Monitor PR & inventory of raw materials and update the operations manager with the status.
 Conduct company tour activities inside the process plant for students/visitors.

In - charge of mechanical and refrigeration equipment in the cold section of the plant.
 Facilitates and supervise maintenance operation of HVAC machines and equipment and blasting operation of the dressing plant. Schedules machine maintenance activities before and after operation to avoid downtime during operation.
 Update and check monitoring forms of individual machines and equipment through weekly report submitted to the maintenance head. Issues purchase request for the needed supply materials and equipments spare parts for perpetual normal operation.
 Request spare parts requirements of equipment through SAP
