Roles & Responsibilities:
Working as Team Leader and Senior Autoline Consultant in the UMA Company IT department
Managing team and monitoring and controlling the team daily activities and tasks as per SLA
Developing team Technical skills and functional competencies by providing training to team and the users
Setup of new Point of Sale companies, Daily Rental companies. Incorporating, Testing and Delivering of new functionalities, Government regulations and fiscal requirements in UMA, UMA Premium and DAR Al Etiman Autoline systems
Writing the Operational and management Report Generator reports for the Dealership business.
Handling, Monitoring and Auditing the Data backup and Data retrieval of the UMA dealership live data into EOD Archive tapes
Issue Analysis, resolution, support for the Dealership accounting modules - Sales Ledger(Account Payable), Purchase Ledger(Account Receivable), Nominal(General) Ledger, Purchase Control, Management Accounts, Asset Register etc.
Provided support and fixed issues for the Vehicle Sales Process and Aftersales Process
Handling Priority Level 1 and Level 2 issues faced by the users and finding both workaround and permanent root cause solution
Handling the Disaster recovery process. Maintaining, Monitoring the DR system during disaster and calamities for the Autoline system.
Reporting issues to Keyloop and monitoring, following and escalating as per SLA
Helping our UMA Support team members for analyzing the root cause of issue by cross-checking the KCML programming code.
Replicating the issues in the Test server and Training Company in Production and reporting to Keyloop for faster resolution and bug fixes
Handling the Autoline system environmental, technical and system, AIX issues
Solving the Spooler, Printer configuration issues by coordinating with IT Help desk team
Coordinating with Customer Care Department team to write and customize Scripts and Reports in Customer Contact Management Module in UMA Autoline
Contributing and Coordinating with IT Security and Infrastructure team for Yearly Internal and External Audit
Monitoring and fixing the EOD failure, system error, panic and crash
Debugging the panic error system crash and tracing out the root cause of the issue
Performing Systematic Daily and Periodic Health Checkup of the Autoline systems
Monitoring Autoline H-Pack updates and QA patches in Rev39 Autoline System
Lead the Direct point of contact to CDK(ADP) Support team and Development R&D team
