Plan, direct & supervise airport operations overseeing team and service provider performance. Responsible for effective management of safety & security outcomes on shift basis. Deliver, maintain and rehearse station Emergency response plan. Airport ancillary sales promotion. Responsible for on time performance on shift basis including coordination, mitigation, accurate reporting and follow up of delays.
Ensure service levels on passenger services operations meet the required standards. Preparation of duty roaster. Coordination with Transit, Special Handling & Ground operations to ensure smooth operations. Responsible to allocate staff at Check-in, Transit, Boarding gate and ensure completion of boarding and on time departure.
Responsible for baggage loading and delivery to the aircraft. Coordination and allocation of transportation buses. Allocation of cleaning agents / porters at the ramp. Ensure quick turn around of Air Deccan aircrafts.
Location: Bangalore (2002-2004) Position: Ticketing & Reservation / Sales Support Officer Create PNR/ PTA/ Customer Service/ Booking Confirmation/ Frequent flyer program coordination with other stations. Lost Luggage assistance to customers.
