Head of the Finance Department responsible for the efficient overall functioning of the Finance Department including but not limited to Weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual management reports. ● Underpinned consolidation and finalisation of USD 70m in accounts at Eastern Hemisphere level as point person between auditors and actuaries; primary interface with government regulatory bodies.
● Pivotal in modernising processes, including integrating Miscrosoft AX, whilst automating vital finance, inventory, and taxation modules.
● Influenced strategic business decisions in partnership with ME Director; applied knowledge of local laws, market / economic shifts, and business insights.
● Championed change, advocating for policy updates on internal controls, refinement of cost reduction processes, and implementation of systems.
