 Currently handle Permanent & Secondment recruitment to all Top leading org in Bahrain & Gulf. Also engage in operations & Administration of the organisation.
 Engage in Client interface through productive segment of the organisation
 Handle end to end full recruitment life cycle - Frontline & Lateral hiring. Extensive exp in pre-recruitment activities and handle’s CXO level of hiring to our Top leading Clients.
 Conduct Initial Interviews & Qualify Candidates, allocate qualified candidates for second & further round & final interviews with line managers/business stake holders.
 Follow up for selection with line managers & management actively & Negotiate Package & Salary
 Recruitment and selection of new staff, using a competency based interviewing system
 Meet with hiring managers to clarify specific hiring needs, conduct needs assessments, create individual recruiting plans, and ensure a pipeline of qualified candidates are available.
 Handle Visa processing, ticketing, initial accomodations to our consultants and legal process in respective to LL’s of Bahrain. C&B Management & engage Employee Engagement/Relations.
 Submit weekly report to the Management in Manpower Planning & Recruitment
 Aligns HR strategies, policies and programs within the company towards the organisational goals
 Monitor and provide advice and guidance on recruitment to our clients on Business demand & supply.
 Facilitate in preparing offer letters, assist PO, WO related to mgmt aspects etc.
