Responsible for identifying new opportunities in Industrial market (majorly in Oil & gas) for sealing applications and converting them to business. Involves travelling across India on regular basis.
• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities /customers.
• Visit new prospects and make presentation on the products / manufacturing capabilities.
• Roll out design proposal with the help of worldwide team and take approval from customer.
• Offering techno commercial proposal and pursue order.
• Ensure quality checks are done before dispatching the parts to customer.
• Work as back end team for sales engineers to support with all technical information.
• To visit Oil companies in India, Middle East and create awareness about the spring energized seals for oil & gas industry.
• Conduct Tech days, Workshops on sealing solutions for Industrial market.
Achievements:
• Won the Presidents club award in April’15 at Kyoto, Japan conferred top performers in Application Engineering at Asia level.
• Won the award for ‘New business development’ in Feb’15 Goa.
