Evaluating the RFQ online bid (eSupplier (Tejari), iSupplier, all separate gov. entities website RFQ handling) and site visit for estimation, estimation in-house and outsource part include.
 Uploading quotation, client meeting work implementation, site work & implementing working on the site, outsource supplier part handling, quality check, site clearance check, DO preparation, delivering the items on the client site, Tax invoice details preparation of accounts and payment uploading process as per the PO / Batches PO.
 Generating weekly & monthly plan and execution.
 Understanding the design as per the client requirements, designing for project artwork
presentation till client approval and for production file creation. Large format printing file
creation, if need.
 Prepare the job orders, assign the job to the designer (production).
 Proofreading and giving approval for production file.
 Inform the production process type to the production team along with job order & checking the
job quality.
 Sending the job order along with the cost details information to the accounts department.
 Job delivery before the deadline.
 Handling all Designing work/production Design assist about the designing information & getting
Gov. Approval & RTA approval and production part.
 Design work: Signage design and with technical part, vehicle wrapping, creative design, brochures & flyers, roll-ups, pop-ups, banner, posters, stickers, BC, book (in-design), sign board, logo, corporate identity, 3D Acrylic sign board, Acrylic innovative design, product, vinyl cut.
 Managing organizational sales by developing a business plan.
 Maintaining good customer relation.
 Achieving growth and hitting sales targets.
