Handling all the type of the services as both Marine and Cargo agents and handling the marine and cargo operations, clearances from the beginning up to the end till the final invoicing. And handling the petty cash, office requisitions and handle the customer base of the company with their inquiries and requisitions.
1) Handling and supervising all matters related to Loading/offloading operations of bulk/General cargo vessels.
2) Preparation of documentation for customs formalities.
3) Preparation of Bill of Lading, Cargo Manifest and relevant shipping documents.
4) Leasing with the Port Authorities for priority berthing, sailing, discharging and loading.
5) Vessel Immigration Clearance, crew sign on / sign off, arrange required services as hotel, ticketing, medical, hospital visits, supply of bunkers, stores and provisions.
6) Coordinate with the Master, Shipper, Consignee and port for loading / discharging operations, after off loading ensure proper storage.
7) Arrange transport from the storage yard to the final destination in coordination with the freight forwarding department and transport companies.
8) Preparation of D/A and final invoices for the clients
9) Maintaining a comprehensive record of vessel calling under the agency.
10) Reporting to the General Manager and Accounts Dept.
11) Other routine office functions like attending to clients inquiries, follow up on due payments.
12) Arrange Third party attendance for the vessels for Inspections / repairs / supply of dangerous goods / etc with the permission of Port management, Security Dept and H&SE department
