• Manage the Financial Advisor’s diary, ensuring that all appointments are scheduled efficiently, and any issues are resolved in a timely manner.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, referrals and other marketing channels.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.
• Train and develop staff members to become effective Business Development Executives, providing guidance and support to ensure success.
