• Develop and deliver engaging coursework (in-person, online, hybrid) in career development and talent management; leadership; performance management and coaching; training and development; and global human resources.
• Serve as HRD program coordinator to modernize the graduate and undergraduate curricula for 21st-Century skills, lead the formal program review, and enhance the program’s reputation.
• Led a successful US State Department grant proposal to establish a capacity building network of women-led, gender-focused, non-governmental organizations throughout Morocco.

• Advised HR executives from prominent global organizations and consulting leadership on HR strategy, design, leadership, technology, capabilities, culture, and applying other research findings.
• Led content strategy for the Deloitte IMPACT conference while redesigning the participant experience for the virtual learning format.
• Co-led the design and development of a new, platform-based “Insights-to-Action” product.
