- Receive and Analyze all Requirement as per Documents provided such as Scope of Works, Specifications and Drawings.
- Perform Quantity Survey on the Drawings and Prepare Bill of Quantities (BOQ).
- Prepare enquiries and send to Suppliers and Sub-Contractors to know the Updated Market Cost of the Equipment and Materials.
- Review Quotations received from Suppliers and Sub-Contractors and prepare comparison rate sheets to ensure prices and specifications are taken into account when preparing Project Cost estimation.
- Analyze and Prepare Man-Hour Details for Estimating Labor Cost.
- Finalizes and Consolidates all Project Cost Estimates.
- Organize Project Files and Related Documents for Future Easy Access and Retrieval.
- Report directly to the Project Manager
- Review and maintain knowledge of Terms and Condition of All Subcontractors
- Attend kick-off meetings and subsequent progress meetings with Subcontractors, produce & distribute minutes of meetings
- Survey and Measure work in progress and check Subcontractor’s interim payment applications
- Value Additional works, Site Instructions, Variations and Day Work Application
- Identify and Report potential problem areas particularly those that are likely to give rise to claims
- Assist Subcontracts Administrator in the analysis and re-solution of Subcontract Claims
- Conduct Final Measure on work executed, prepare and agree final accounts
- Assist in Close-Out of Completed Claims
- Performs other duties which may be assigned from time to time
