Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing information.

Logistics:
Maintains record of all outstanding purchase order with external vendors.
Arranges transportation and forwarding services for all orders to ensure material is delivered as per schedule.
Obtains information and forwards to sales team.
Coordinates imports and exports.
Responsible for all duty customs sales and tax functions, including certification and verification, drawback, and compliance with governmental agencies.
Reviews freight rates: air, courier, and land.
Monitors cargo movement trough tracking system.
Handles inventory.
Procurement:
Organize procurement activities relating for proposals, sealed bids, and price quotes.
Prepares LPO and invoices.
Coordinates and schedule meetings and appointments as requested.
Corresponds with vendors regarding prices, product availability, and delivery.
Responds to inquiries regarding requisitions, purchase orders, contracts, and pricing information.
• Provides secretarial services and administrative support to ensure office efficiency. Prepares letters of varied intent and subject for the company.
• Assists the company in tender preparation and submission of Item Packages.
• Sends Request for Quotation (RFQ) to Suppliers.
• Follow up / trace RFQ status with Suppliers.
• Manages and maintains important documents needed in the operation;
• Inputs data into the system ensuring information is correct and up to date;
• Generates reports and documents needed during the daily operations;
• Receives and distribute incoming documents;
• Fax letters and documents;
• Purchases, maintain and replenish materials/supplies;
• Does accounting duties;
• Coordinates with clients and does pre-sales;
• Prepares and monitors invoices and expenses reports;
• Handles customer inquiries and creates quotations;
• Handles and provides customer service at all times;
• Filters and answers calls and inquiries; and
• Coordinates and implements activities with the sales team;
• Understands automobiles by studying characteristics, capabilities, and features; comparing and contrasting competitive models; inspecting automobiles.
