Supervisor/Consolidated Permit-To-Work (CPW) - Performing Authority; prepares documents and approvals for the initiation and closure of permits micro tunneling works across QP lines, supervises the ongoing works to prevent hazard and to implement efficient working hours, coordinates with the Performing Authority and Operating Authority (QP)
-Coordinates with all the subcontractors (Excavators and Manpower
suppliers, Microtunneling, Fiber Optic Cable Installation).
-Prepares and applies for KM SIS/LOAPermit, supervises works in the
vicinity of KM underground utilities to ensure proper execution of work as per approved procedure to prevent property damage.
-Prepares and applies for ASHGAL Traffic Diversion Permit (TDP),
supervises works from road open-cut excavation to backfilling and
microtunneling works under existing roads.
-Analyzes site condition and immediately resolves conflicts for continuous flow of work and avoid delays.
- Performs Field Density Test (FDT) conducted to test the compaction of the backfill.
-Supervises the installation of Ductile Iron (DI) water pipelines and ensures to meet the required daily targets.
-Monitors the application of heat shrink on the joints of DI pipes.
-Performs Holiday testing and Peel-off testing.
-Performs inspection with the QAQC and contractor for the architectural, structural, plumbing and sanitary works to ensure that the specifications are followed and executed as per plan.
-Prepares site progress report and monitors site schedule and ensures to coordinate with the client (SMDC).
-Performs inspection of the scaffolding supports, structural layout of rebar, installation of formworks, and concrete pouring.
-Prepares Site Observation reports and non-conformance reports for the contractors.
-Witnesses material testings including Slump Test, Non-Destructive Test, Concrete Cylinder Compression Test, and Rebar Tensile Test.
-Evaluates and estimates the monthly progress billings and change orders of the general contractor and coordinates with the Quantity Surveyor.
