·Ensure proper availability of resources required for the guest.
·Maintain proper and accurate records of arrival and departure of guests. Number of guests on a daily basis to be maintained in the system appropriately.
·Achieve the required cleanliness and hygienic levels as per regulations.
·Check all the area on regular basis and ensure that the rooms, furnatures, bathrooms, corridors, kitchen and the premises are adequately cleaned.
