• Working as a part of the management to meet store sales and target
• Support management team in the organization of the induction of all new recruits, in all aspects of their job responsibilities, including company history, customer service, and product knowledge and store operations.
• Establish and maintain a positive, professional and sales oriented environment and promote a culture open to internal feedback.
• Assign workload appropriately and effectively among store team.
• Empower staff to use best practices in Customer Service issues.
• Communicate product needs and quality issues to Store Manager.
• Ensure Visual Merchandising guidelines (criteria and quantities) are implemented effectively and all product presentation is maintained according to Brand standards and Guidelines (Seasonal Visual Merchandising Book).
• Perform operational duties as directed by Store Manager.
• Develop efficient floor coverage by utilizing the scheduling tool provided in order to achieve business objectives and maintain Brand standards.
• Maintain a clean organized store to support efficient operations and a friendly shopping experience.
• Achieve Store/Personal sales and Key Performance Indicator goals as assigned by the Store Manager by understanding and having a knowledge of store sales goals.
• Provide excellent Customer Service at all times, promoting the messages as outlined in the Brand Customer Service book and training program:
• Welcome customers like guest in our home
• Greet them
• Approach them in a individual way
• Profile them, discover their needs
• Propose what they need, facilitating complementary sales
• Create loyalty
• Maintain and update product knowledge using all available product information tools.
• Make sure that product is accurately coded, tagged and priced.
• Apply all Store Operations Policies and procedures provided by Head Office.
• Ensure that all sections are cleaned and dusted every morning.
• Be safety conscious at all times.
• Understand Brand values.
• Support Brand image by always adhering to Brands dress code.
• Greet the guest and make them feel comfortable.
• Before the restaurant opens, make sure all the ingredients and raw materials are in stock.
• Ensure tables and chairs are properly laid out and the works are is clean.
• Take food and beverage orders from the customers.
• Record the orders in the order taking system for record keeping.
• Communicate the order to the chef or the kitchen staff.
• Process the bill and present it to the customers.
• Collect bill payments and deposit at the cash counter.
