Directed daily warehouse distribution activities.
• Supervising more than hundreds of staff in 4 departments such as Frozen, Chilled,
Produce and Ambient including forklift/ reach truck operators.
• Established operational procedures for activities, such as verification of incoming and
outgoing shipments, handling and disposition of product and keeping warehouse
inventory current.
• Scheduled shipments, resolved supply issues and discrepancies and determined
warehouse operation procedures.
• Trained existing staff in basic warehouse operations including proper hygiene and
safety.
• Worked with SAP implementation team to integrate from ERP and preparing
procedures for the companies’ new system.
• Supervise all pick and inbound and outbound operation and insure the report on daily
and monthly basis.
• Manage workflow effectively, ensuring that productivity and quality standards are met
or exceeded.
• To ensure all the consignment sample for DM or ADFCA inspection are ready.
Manage workload activities in the absence of the Warehouse Manager.
• Ability to communicate to all retail store and solving the issue and through email as
well.
• To oversee the time delivery of goods.
• Responsible to maintain delivery schedules and track deliveries to ensure deliveries are
met.
• Handle customer complaints and investigate the delivery issues.
• Review and arrange all transportation paperworks inclusive of drivers logs, invoices,
and tripsheet report.

• Ensuring that all stakeholders have access to the Quality Control plan and approve of it
before process the releasing.
