• Manage stock levels, organize storage and distribution of Dry goods (sugar, flour, rice etc.) Wet goods (mushrooms, fruits, vegetables and dairy products) and Frozen goods (meat, processed food etc.)
• Daily implementation of tally inward and outward for stocks inventory and procedures
• Monitor and minimizing the bad stocks and variances of company goods
• Ensure the right products are delivered to the right location on time and at a good cost
• Allocate and manage staff resources according to changing needs
• Cluster the daily delivery receipt/sales invoice for efficient operations of daily delivery

ROLES AND RESPONSIBLITIES OF WAREHOUSEMAN
• Inspect stockroom and other storage areas.
• Arrange storage areas and ensure the orderliness.
• Arrange stocks following standard stacking height.
• Inspect the condition of stocks.
• Check communications logbook and issuance notebook for important endorsement.
• Check all storage areas and get daily inventory control of the stocks to determine and identify stocks to be replenished.
• Issue stocks based on stock sales level guide.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES OF REPAIR AND MAINTENANCE
• Ensure safety, security and good working condition of all units, equipment and facilities of the store.
• Conduct cleaning, checking, adjusting, repairing and observing all units, equipment and facilities of the store.
• Assist and supervise to all service contractors that perform services to the store.
• Can make a possible, quick and safety ideas for repairing of units, equipment and facilities that encounter problems during its operation.
• Orient all employees regarding the proper using, cleaning and proper care of all units, equipment and facilities of the store.
• Welcome the customers warmly.
• Be sensitive to customers need at all times. A good dining crew is keen to observe non-verbal messages and facial expressions of the customers that either conveys a need or dissatisfaction.
• Ensure that customers feel comfortable and safe while they are eating in the dining area.
• Ensure that customer areas are clean and the facilities and equipment are in good condition.
• Ensure of doing standard operating procedures on preparing, cooking and serving products.
• Certified on the kitchen stations on doing of opening, operating, back-up, closing and general operating procedures to avoid any problems during the operation hours of the store.
• Must be oriented on Food Safety Program and Cleanliness and Sanitation Manual.
• Practice of maintaining cleanliness at all times.
