JOB SUMMARY
Study, plan, schedule, prepare, review and control of production planned versus actual based on awarded project given to Production Shop Department.

Duties and Responsibilities
• Coordinates with Planner/Scheduler regarding Job package.
• Coordinates with Material Engineer regarding materials availability and supply to fabrication shop.
• Coordinates all Supervisor for the Job Cards issued to their respective area.
• Prepares two weeks or three weeks look ahead level 3 Schedule based on over-all Fabrication Schedule.
• Prepares checklist of items to be fabricated based on materials availability.
• Prepares daily and weekly Job Cards for Fabrication.
• Monitor daily and weekly Job Cards accomplishment.

Project : Goro Nickel Project

Duties and Responsibilities
• Study and review fabrication & erection drawings.
• Monitor work progress at shops and erection site.
• Prepare checklist or tally sheet of items to be fabricated.
• Update monitoring sheets per phase of work.
• Monitor job flow of fabrication and erection status based on target plan versus actual activities.
• Monitor and update daily manpower and man hours used for the project.
• Coordinate with Engineering Department regarding drawing status.
• Coordinate with material management for material status.
• Check the overall completeness of piping system by referring to the approved drawings, specifications, codes and standards.

Project : Goro Nickel Project

Duties and Responsibilities
• Check all balance attachment for fit-up.
• Coordinate with Layout & Cutting for the balance item to layout.
• Update material status.
• Coordinate QC inspector for the inspection.
• Coordinate Painting for the released fabricated items.
