- Provisions line conversions, installations, disconnects and changes.
- Updates work queues and comments customer accounts.
-Performs provisioning processes including new sign ups, porting, churning and relocating.
-Knowledge of systems: PTS Portal and Rumba.
-Assists with the training of new provisioners as required.
-Handle installation escalations, researches and resolve the problem immediately.
-Completes special projects or other duties as assigned.
-Conducting of sales activities for software solutions and services
-Prospecting and managing corporate accounts
-Developing and implementing sales objectives and strategies
-Achieving assigned monthly sales quota and extensive market penetration for the assigned company product lines in various industries
-Identify client's needs and work out how the company can best meet the requirement
-Maintain good relationship with existing clients while developing new accounts
- Take orders from customer and present them as requested.
- Process bills for the customer and issue them receipts.
- Provide helpful answers to queries or questions offered by customers.
- Furnish customers with helpful information regarding serving time and special deal offers.
- Monitoring of production in the kitchen area to make sure standards are being followed.
