Main responsibilities:

• Assisting in insurance claim processing for schemes such as ECHS, MEDISEP, ESIC, and private insurers.
• Verifying patient eligibility and coordinating with insurance providers.
• Preparing and organizing patient billing documents through the Hospital Information System (HIS).
• Scanning, digitizing, and maintaining records using document management systems.
• Supporting claim ID generation and documentation for insurance processing.
• Handling patient queries related to billing and insurance coverage.

The organization is one of the largest retail and entertainment destinations in India, operated by LuLu Group International. Reporting to Marketing Executives and Event Coordinators, I gained practical exposure to retail marketing, customer engagement, and event operations within a high-traffic mall environment.

Main responsibilities:

• Assisting in marketing and event coordination activities at Funtura entertainment zone.
• Handling customer interactions and explaining offers, packages, and services.
• Managing data entry and maintaining customer and school package records in Excel.
• Supporting school group packages, including coordination and on-ground assistance.
• Conducting inspections and monitoring operations within the entertainment area.
• Assisting in ticket sales, promotions, and customer registrations.
