• Ensuring the accuracy of HS code applied to every import/export shipment
• Coordinating with OH/forwarder to arrange smooth delivery to customer.
• Ensuring on-time submission of customs clearance paper to authority

Duties and Responsibilities included:

• Knowledgeable how to use the system Citrix and Navision for the Production purposes.
• Printing all the orders from the system of all the clients that the customer service made.
• Transfer all the Items from the stock to the production using the system and physical transfer.
• Checking all the stocks balance in the system and physically if it’s correct.
• Checking the quality of the items if it’s in good condition for the production.
• Advising or instructing all the staff to what they going to do with the item that I transfer.
• Packing the item that the staffs finish and Putting labels to be dispatched to the different client.
• Dispatched all the items using the Infrared Gun for them to see in the system Navision that the orders was made and ready for delivery.
• Insuring all the items was in good quality and has enough quantity that the client needed.
• Checking the stock inventory.
• Communicating with the customer service what they needed or if there is some problem to be solve.
• Coordinating with the customer service that there orders was done or was not made because of some reasons.
• Solving the problems in the production which is encountered at the end of the day.
• Supervising the production for us to be able to finish the orders daily.
• Reporting to the manager and production at the end of the day what should the production done at the end of the day.
• Responsible and liable to the items that was dispatched or delivery if there is any complaint.

Duties and Responsibilities included:

• Knowledgeable how to use the system LFS 400 for Inbound down to Outbound.
• Acting Team leader of Outbound for almost 2 months.
• Checking the inventory of all the items and update the inventory to the system.
• Inbound and Outbound person.
• As Inbound Responsibilities:
1. Off loading the item in close van truck with designated temperature.
2. Checking all the boxes or items to insure that all items has no damage upon delivering to the warehouse.
3. Checking the BOE (Bill of Entry) if the items are in correct quantity.
4. Counting or rechecking inside if it’s in good quality upon receiving.
5. Putting all the items to designated rocks or area for us to easily pick when it comes to outbound.
6. Put all the items to the system using LFS400 to show the availability, inventory and show the location of the item for picking.

• As Outbound Responsibilities:
1. Picking the items by using the pick list printed by the system showing the location of the item.
2. Repacking the item for the deliveries.
3. Putting in the system the weight of the items adding the tare weight of the packaging material that was used and to know that the order was ready by the customer service.
4. Upon dispatching the items should be sealed and in nice packaging to ensure the quality and have no damage upon delivering.
5. Putting the air will bill # for air cargo.
6. Dispatching using the Infrared Gun for us to be avail to see in the system weather the items is being loaded and release from the warehouse.
7. Loading in the truck checking first the temperature to insure that the truck reach the proper temperature that the items needed.

•Working as a Production Assistant in Halal and Non Halal Department. supervises and makes sure that meat production are categorize into different sections and that they have passed standard quality.

•Keep work area free from debris and safety hazards

•Observe and maintain company sanitation and food safety standards

•Ensure a clean, neat and organized work area.

• Verifies customer and account data by reviewing, correcting, deleting, or reentering data - Update customer accounts as needed, including but not limited to account contact information, telephone numbers and emergency contacts.
• Manipulate existing data, edit current information, or proofread new entries to the database for accuracy.
• Contact emergency agencies for verification purposes. - Assist with other administrative tasks as assigned.
• Relevant data entry experience - Computer literate, knowledgeable in Word, Excel and database management capabilities.
