Performed multiple roles for local and international stakeholders as project manager, supervision consultants, and engineer representing the main client from start to finish. The project involves the construction of a dome-shaped steel structure building with four levels inclusive of the exhibition, office spaces, restaurant, kitchen, hardscape, water feature, and unique tube façade.
Collaborate with EXPO Organizer’s Delivery team, architects, engineers, designers, contractors, suppliers, vendors and key team members of the project for design submissions, execution, monitor, control and closing.
• Lead internal project management team and ensure appropriate permits and licenses from EXPO 2020 organizer and authorities for all stages of works to meet the project objectives and stakeholder expectations.
• Monitor, follow up, Review and submission of monthly work progress reports including HSE, sustainability and worker welfare reports.

Responsibilities performed as project and site engineer
•Review of drawings at an early stage and prepare RFI's to ensure technical queries are sorted.
•Liaison with the designers, consultants and client during the progress of Project for coordination of work for different services and sorting out the Problems that arise at site during the execution of the work.
•Follow-up & review shop drawing and materials submittals against approved construction drawings and specification before submitting to consultant.
•Preparations of short term look ahead programs, monitor and record the progress against main contract programs.
•Conduct weekly meetings with subcontractors to discuss about progress, delays and quality of work.
