• Maintains the stock level.
• Raising Purchase Order.
• Analyzing the requirement of material.
• Records for the Inbound and Outbound Stock.
• Records of the Stocks, Receipt and Sales day by day basis.
• Making Order Arrangements for Several Routes.
• Preparing Transporter performance report against placement of vehicles.
• Responsible for entire operation like Order processing & Fulfillment,
• Daily follow-up with transporters to place the trucks for pending orders.
• Receipt and Issue details are updated in ERP System.
• Record keeping for Receipts & Issue of materials.
• Maintain database of packages and also Packaging and Re-packaging of goods with
Zero possibilities of damages.
• Prepare documentations for outbound shipments
• Receipt / Issue of all stores materials based on requirements.
• Create Identification and Traceability for raw materials and spares.
• Receipt and Issue details are updated in ERP System.
• Record keeping for Receipts & Issue of materials.
• Make all MIS reports like daily, monthly stock statement, Dispatch Reports, monthly material receipt, issue & stock transfer reports.
• Maintaining the ROL &ROQ as per requirements.
• Maintaining LOT wise system for Steel Scrap & Pig Iron (Major Raw materials)
• Assisting for physical inventory & consolidation of summary for Audit Closure.
• To handle the loading and unloading of goods from customers and vendors against
invoice and packing list.
• Authorization to be made in ERP system to be made for warehouse movement of FG goods.
• Stack and pile finished goods into containers.
• Maintain database of packages and also Packaging and Re-packaging of goods with
zero possibilities of damages.
• Prepare documentations for outbound shipments
• Import / Export containers to be control in a system.
• Hazardous Materials and Scrap Disposal Management.
• Handle to Operate Forklift efficiently.
