Responsible for reaching sales goals and implementing programs to meet goals working with all departments, also responsible for ensuring proper credit approvals were completed prior to service being performed . Assisted reviewing and taking appropriate action of customer outstanding balances prior to additional service work, and for assisting in the collection of overdue invoices and facilitating payments by providing accurate and timely information for billing. Responsible for developing new accounts within a protected territory in a business-to-business sales environment as well as highly effective in rapport building.
Handling key account sales, negotiating deals/sales with head purchasers/buyers, analyzing consumption of key products and planning sales strategies to achieve set targets, stock planning and placing orders to meet delivery schedules and deadlines, product demos and detailing of product features to end users, total sales process handling such as evaluating purchase requests, quotations, follow up order procurement and ensuring timely deliveries, negotiating prices, logistical and shelf expiry details, finding of any canceled invoices and reissue of invoices, interacting with warehouse people for stock status report, receiving report, discrepancy reports and shipment information.
Responsible for professional presentations and maintaining data base management, phone prospecting, and cold calling. I also serve as a customer contact to help place orders for existing customers and develop new business. Assist in the creating and distributing of quotes for new customers as well as setting up new customers in the system.
