Assisted reviewing and taking appropriate action of customer outstanding balances prior to additional service work, and for assisting in the collection of overdue invoices and facilitating payments by providing accurate and timely information for billing. Responsible for developing new accounts within a protected territory in a business-to-business sales environment as well as highly effective in rapport building.
