Main duties as Production engineer:
Support and lead continuous improvement, problem solving and process improvement activities.
-develop the entire SOP, and sure the adherence to it.
- Monitors the standards and procedures in each area and ensures the application of current legislation.
-Attend various meetings and action/communicate instructions.
-Produce written reports and make presentations,
- Provides coordination and support to the Section Heads to ensure safe, efficient and optimal functioning of the Operation
Activities to ensure reliable, efficient and safe operations at optimum cost.
- investigate production and process issues providing technical support and training.
- lead the SCADA control room, and ensure efficient operation of the plant through the scada system.
-coordinate with the Lab chemists and follow all the lab analysis, to achieve the required type of the oil.
-issue all different work permits, achieve the permit audits.
-follow up all the safety issues in the plant.

-Support the tender process for equipment to ensure the best quality for best price.
-Improve manufacturing efficiency by analyzing and planning work flow, space requirements and Equipment layout.
-Organize plant start-up and shut-down schedules to ensure minimum loss of production time.
-Lead and/or support technicians and trainee engineers.
-Liaise and communicate with other departments, customers, suppliers and other service

1. -Ensure successful maintenance, upgrading and automation of high speed bottle filling and capping machines,

1. Schedules repairs, maintenance, and installation of machines, tools, and equipment to ensure continuous production.
2. Plans develop, and implements new methods and procedures designed to improve operations efficiency.
3. Responsible for trouble-free maintenance of all factory equipment and plant.
4. Working with the management team, ensure the plant operates in full compliance with the Health & Safety, Environmental and Quality requirements such as; OHSAS 18001 (H&S), ISO14001 (EMS); ISO9001 (QMS), ISO 17025 (Lab Accreditation) .

GASCO/ HABSHAN
UTILITIES&COMPRESSION in GASCO /HABSHAN: fire water system - Potable water&process water-Demineralised water plant(cation, anion, mix bed exchangers)-deaeration facility-steam condensate facility-cooling water system-instrument air& plant air system-Nitrogen generation plant-steam generation system(660T/H) including package boilers(Babcok) &Heat recovery steam generation(HRSG) which is combined cycle boiler&Letdown station- steam turbines-acid and caustic storage facility-injection compressors driven by gas turbine(GE5002D) Low pressure and high pressure compressors with injection capacity 1306 MMSCFD-waste water treatment plants(oily water treatment train and sewage water treatment train)-chemical injection- hydrocarbon &cold &acid gas flare system.
CSDGL Gas Plant (ConocoPhillips Syria DEZ Gas Limited)
The DEZ gas plant processes 175 MMSCFD of associated gas from the gathering stations in a chiller Refrigeration train and 325 MMSCFD of natural gas from the Tabiyeh Field in a Joule Thompson (JT) Pressure Reduction train. The recovered liquids are fractionated into a Butane/Propane mix (LPG) and a stabilized condensate product.
-Facilities: Cold Plant (Refrigeration), ( JT) plant Joule Thompson, Dehydration Unit (TEG), Propane Refrigeration System, Fractionation Plant (DEC3, DEC4), Product Storage And Shipping.
-Utilities : Fuel Gas System, Hot Oil System, Flare System, Inst Air System, Closed and Opened Drain System, Fire Fighting System., potable water and waste water treatment trains.
