Jehad Fares

o Accounts Receivable,
- Post customer payments by recording cash, cheques, and credit card transactions.
- Monitor and administer over hundreds of customers with different types; FMCG, HORECA and Whole Sale.
- Verifies validity of account discrepancies by obtaining and investigating information from sales, trade promotions, customer service departments, and from customers.
- Maintain payment reconciliation for customers whom paying one payment for different outlets. 
- Summaries receivables by maintaining invoice accounts; coordinating monthly transfer to accounts receivable account, verifying totals and prepare reports.

o Accounts Payable,
- Maintain and track petty cash transactions.
- Prepare Cash & Cheque payments to different types of segments.
- Corresponding with vendors and respond to their inquiries.
- Documenting all accounts payable transactions.

o Payroll,
- Calculating overtime from timesheets and general payroll administration.
- Ensuring all permanent & temporary staff are paid on time.
- Undertaking calculations relating to payroll queries, over time and annual leave allowances.
o Others,
- Provide monthly basis Stock Count for Vans &Warehouses and prepare the final report for the upper management.
- Responsible for preparing bank reconciliation on a monthly basis.
- Maintain Accounts for the monthly & yearly closing routines.
- Assist Internal & External auditors and to respond to their inquiries.
- Credit Control & follow for the due payments.

- Assisted Auditors with external auditing process, and participated in many Audit engagements
- Performed different test of details and test of controls as part of the audit procedures.
- Reviewed and casted many financial statements in both Arabic & English.
- Prepared and analyzed audit reports, documented and presented results to seniors.
