Project Overview:

Over 14 years’ of diverse experience as Senior Low Current Engineer at multi-disciplined engineering projects, ranging from SAR (0.5 Million to 3 Billion) including high-rise commercial/office buildings, power sector, industrial, hospitals, educational, residential and general construction projects. Possess analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, result orientated attitude. I have been delivered successfully ‘Low Current Systems (LCS)’ works according to design, IEEE, TIA, NEC, NFPA, SBC Codes and as per‘Authority Having Jurisdiction (AHJ)’ Civil Defense (CD) Standards at large size projects. I am looking for a long-term role as Senior Consultant in Project Contract Management, Design Engineering or Review & Supervision for large size projects in Saudi Arabia.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Facilitate & support for approvals to the Project’s Employer, LEED Commissioning Authority (Cx), (Buro Happold) and CD.
- Review, select and approve subcontractor’s pre-qualification, compliance statements, manufacturer, vendor, equipment, devices, cables and cable containment.Coordinate for the requirement and avoid any conflict or clash with Civil & Structure (C&S) discipline from theperspective of LCS.Review and ensure electrical power requirement from the perspective of LCS, validate, redirect andcomment on drawings for implementation with the electrical contractor (EC).
- Review and approve manufacturer’s Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) procedures to ensure functional performance, compliance and efficiency Test.Ensure pro-actively implementation of LCS interface and integraion with Mechanical Contractor (MC) for HVACUnits, Fans, Fire Pumps, Generators, Extinguishing Systems, Suppression System, Smoke Control etc...Ensure pro-actively implementation of integration and interface with vertical transportation (VT) & Escalators, Escape & Exit Doors, Fire Tanks, CD Interface, Communication System interface, Fire Fighting Telephone System, Voice Evacuation, Public Address System and Automation Management Systems.
- Review and approve Voltage Drop & db. Losses Calculation, Node’s Battery Capacity Calculation, Link BudgetCalculation, Fibre Optic Calculation, Load Calculation, Storage Calculation, Field of View coverage and LensCalculation, Grounding Calculation, FM200 Hydraulic Calculation, Aux. Power Boosters Calculations etc…
- Review, approve and resolve queries about material submittals of LCS including Shop Drawings, MethodStatements, BOQs, Extensions of Time, Change Orders, Contractor Queries and Request for Information, etc...
- Lead and manage the LC supervision team for the day-to-day installation’s supervision, proper implementation forquality assurance and quality control.
- Support meetings to address concerns & track agreed on actions about LCS with dedicated agenda of construction, progress, coordination with other disciplines/stakeholders and special workshops regularly & occasionally withcontractors, vendors, client, leed commissioning agent, civil defense, telecommunication operators (TO) andfacilities management Operators (FMO).Prepare & develop Cause & Effect Matrix for F&LS, SS and coordinate with relevant disciplines for implementation.

- Reviewed materials technical submittals about principle requirement of electro-mechanics systems and computing to ensure compliance with Design, Codes, Standards, CD, SBC and project requirement
