• Conduct Comprehensive Hazard Identification & Risk Assessment and develop or improve current HSE Arrangements by providing Risk Management Plans.
• Carry out Risk Assessment audits for all Facilities, play areas, events, transport, tenants and operational activities.
• Review the HSE Plans, Risk Assessment & Method Statement of the Contractors to ensure that all activities abide by the HSE Regulations and Provide safety advice for the activities held in the park.
• Assist the Management in the Development, Implementation and updating of the HSE Programs and Plans accordance with the International Standards ISO 45001;2018 and ISO 14001:2015.
• To conduct inspection and enforce on safe work measures for fit-out works / maintenance work, check the condition of all protective facilities and equipment.
• Review all Facility Management contracts, other HSE Documents and service report for Service Providers and monthly HSE-KPIs review to highlight HSE performance.
• Assisting facilities management and operation department in various roles to comply with local legislation. Provide HSE Review of the contractor’s submittals, ensuring that all risk associated with the Maintenance Fit out & Renovation of the Existing Tenants & units shall be done within the predefined acceptable risk level and in accordance to the HSE Procedure & Process of DPR and local regulation of Dubai Municipality and Dubai Civil defense.
• Assist the park and resort in liaising with Government Bodies (Dubai Municipality, Dubai Civil Defense & Dubai Tourism) on HSE matters and apply for all safety permit (Play Area Permit, Shisha Permit, transport and other event related permits) through DM portal.
• Coordinate with Dubai Municipality and Dubai Civil Defense for inspection for overall premises and guide them for site visit.
• Evaluate the Potential Emergencies and Crisis that could occur in premises and develop an emergency preparedness and response plan for each possible scenario.
• Organize Emergency Evacuation Drills to evaluate the Current Emergency Preparedness and response Plan.
• Assists in setting and implementation of relevant audit plan, and monitors follow-through corrective actions.
• Conduct quarterly food safety inspection and audit to review for Tenant spaces, HSE compliance and to ensure food safety guidelines are followed.
• Conduct Risk Assessment and requirements for People of determination to ensure compliance;
• Conduct trend analysis for HSE performance and KPI’s for risk categories for park and resort and help management to maintain all risk level low.
• Conducting Incident Investigations to identify the Root Cause of the incident and proposing suitable corrective measure to the Management to avoid reoccurrence.
• Overseeing operations of third-party contractors and manpower-based contract to ensure compliance.
• Approved permit to work procedures with operational team within the time frames established by the company.
• Set and maintain annual HSE plans for Dubai Municipality a whole, reporting against these on a regular basis
• Preparing HSE strategies, review and update the HSE related section for Tenants manuals, Fit out manuals; Standard operating procedures, Emergency Response Team updates and Crisis Management documentation.
• Work as a Duty Manager to support Operation team during park peak operation hours to resolve all guests’ issues and communicate to operational management for further action

• Leads the effective management and implementation of Integrated Management System, ISO 9001:2015, and ISO14001:2015, OHSAS 18001/ISO 45001:2018, OSHAD SF and Health Safety and Environment System (HSES).
• Takes ownership of company Policy, Procedures and Core Operating Values ensuring their implementation and adherence.
• Prepares Trend Analysis and Statistics of quality, health, safety and environment for the company’s organizational development plan and ensure departmental KPI’s are identified to monitor risk and opportunities of each department for IMS improvement.
• Cross trains other department managers and supervisors on subject of Quality Health and Safety.
• Heads the investigation of accidents, incidents and complaints as per company and regulatory standards.
• Spearheads the HSE and Quality team to achieve the ISO accreditation and ensure compliance to legal regulatory requirements and continuous improvement ethos.
• Manages the execution of the internal and external audit plans at company and projects’ sites and workshops as per international standards.
• Prepares the QHSE Inspection Report for office sites and for external work sites, and forwards to the Senior Management, concerned Heads of Department, and/or Project Manager for necessary action.
• Identify the process & project Hazards and perform risk assessment of all sites and determines control measures and Performs environmental aspect and impact analysis and determines control measures.
• Ensures all field employees have necessary QHSE trainings, certifications, and PPE.
• Manages Occupational Health and Safety hazard and environmental aspect analysis of projects and external sites.
• Performs gap analysis, system analysis, quality tools and process study for process and procedure improvement.
• Reports to top management on the performance of Integrated Management System.
• Assists Management with the development of Objective Management Plans after initial risk assessment against QHSE objectives, as set by the HSE Committee
• Prepare the Waste Management Plan as per the Centre of Waste Management-Abu Dhabi Requirement and coordinate with Service Provider, certification companies and UAE Civil Defense.
