• Ensuring the effectiveness, stability and active usage of the NBAD intranet web-based application Group Credit Policy Manual (GCPM) as a user-friendly and dynamic media for all NBAD staff
• Coordination and management of the development of the Local Credit Policy Manuals (LCPMs) for all NBAD International Branches (13 branches) and local subsidiaries (ADNIF, ADNL, NBAD Securities, etc.).
• Management and version control of all content updates of the GCPM on the NBAD Intranet and master documents
• Being the Single Point of Contact for user access, inquiries, issues and training for the GCPM
• Single-handedly organized, managed, supervised training sessions for at least 2, 000 staff for the GCPM Overview Training

• Responsible for the coordination and follow-up with all external consultants and all internal stakeholders for the development of the training material for the Professional Bankers Program (PBP) for both the Risk and Finance curriculums
• Directly coordinated and liaised with third-party consultants for various projects under Risk Management Division (EY for GCPM update, Protiviti with the LCPM Development, Tripod and Moody’s for Professional Bankers Program) from contracts, meetings and payments
• Keeping track of policy proposals from various business units submitted to approving authority and dissemination of approved changes on the NBAD Intranet

• Lending Against Shares Report
• Leverage Report
• Lodged and Pledged Shares List
• Preparation and dispatch of Discretionary Powers Letters

• Directly responsible for the Handover Process of Al Reef Villas handling clients' accounts and property information, receiving payments and issuing receipts, doing snagging and villa inspection and provision of related property services and information
• Directly reporting and coordinating with Facilities Management Team at the Al Reef Site (i.e. Project Managers)
• Sorting/classifying villas for handover from contractor/developer, preparing administration files for handover, gathering client's details and sending correspondence to clients for handover
• Booking and fixing appointments for clients to visit and snag/inspect their villas
• Preparing weekly booking appointment reports submitted to the contractor, developer and security
• Inspecting villas, apartments and structures of the Al Reef Projects together with the owners or clients
• Maintained the client master list for Contemporary and Mediterranean phases of the Al Reef Project
• Coordination of contracts and deliveries of payments and other documents from the Dubai office to the head office in Abu Dhabi
• Communicated and interacted with over 1, 000 clients for contract signatures
• Attended meetings with the Manazel Finance Department and higher management for signatures and other requirements necessary for completion of contract signatures and Transfers
• Accepted payments and issued receipts on behalf of the Developer from clients as well as mortgage companies
• Prepared reconciliation reports for pending payments for the Developer
• Assisted with Transfers of Mediterranean and Contemporary villas from Seller to Buyer and coordinated documentations related
• Was in constant communication with the approved Al Reef Project mortgage companies to accept payments and provide the documents necessary for contract signatures and payment disbursements
