- Liaise with department heads and confer with them regarding their needs for materials and supplies.
- Negotiate terms of agreement and establish clear expectations on the part of both parties
- Responsible in drafting all contracts between SRMC Purchasing and the Vendors/Suppliers, all the guidelines and stipulations of the business agreement, including but not limited to, length of contract, expected goods and services quality and quantity expectations and payment terms.
