Fixed Term Contract

Provide specialist recruitment expertise and support of all key company contracts.

co-ordination of recruitment activity for key BSL contracts.

• Partner with the BSL HR and Project Management teams, informing resourcing plans and subsequent candidate sourcing activity (translation of customer requirements into delivery plans).

• Drive all aspects of the recruitment delivery lifecycle (shortlisting, pre-screening, interviewing, selection, and offer management), supporting hiring managers in candidate competence assessment and making recommendations for hire.

• Partner with the BSL HR team to generate candidate shortlists, assessing candidate suitability (direct CV submissions or via recruitment agencies) against an agreed set of role profiles.
• Support the arrangement and delivery of interviews (face to face and video).
• Assess candidate competency and behavioural fit against the BSL framework.
• Coach hiring managers through the interview process.
• Support external service provider reviews (recruitment agencies), liaising with hiring managers to provide CV and interview feedback.
• Support input to recruitment KPIs to enable reporting of service delivery both internally and to our customers.
• Continuous improvement of BSLs recruitment processes and activities.
• Drive a positive service perception and seek feedback from customers and employees on the services provided.
• Taking the lead and/or supporting project activities within the following areas; employee relations and engagement, reward, learning and development, talent management, resourcing and information and knowledge management
• Assisting in the collation of people information and metrics, developing data driven insights in support of the Organisation’s goals.
• Partner with Line Managers to support talent management and succession planning
• Support to HR activity as and when required

Ensure all On-Boarding process/Material are fit for purpose e.g. recent review of FAQ’s, Mobilization Guides, Cultural Guides to increase and enhance candidate/employee engagement
Quarterly review with HR Manager of all New Joiner Analytics gathered from New Joiner Questionnaires to ensure consistency of Service Delivery
Monthly contribution to Corporate Welcome Programme (On-Boarding)
Contributes to setting Divisional yearly objectives
Compilation of key reports, presentations, theming and utilizing these to provide recommendations and analysis to Senior Management (Management Leadership Team)
