•King Abdulaziz University Master Plan, Rabigh: Design of chilled water piping network for district cooling system. Total area is 6, 000, 000 m². The project has five (5) district cooling facilities with an estimated capacity of 70, 000 tons each plant.
•I-ONE Project: A 550 m² nuclear medicine facility designed for the production of isotopes for treatment of cancer cells. Total load of the facility is around 300 tons. Design works includes HVAC, plumbing, fire fighting and gas systems.
•GRT main building and GRT Maintenance (Monorail Transit System): Design of plumbing and fire fighting system such as automatic fire sprinkler system, FM200 system, water mist system using hi-fog sprinkler pump unit.
•Science Building: Four-storey laboratory building. Work included design of gas systems such as compressed air, vacuum and lpg systems.
•Clinic: Four-story health care facility with a total area of 9, 060 m². Design works includes HVAC, plumbing, fire fighting and medical gas systems such as (oxygen, medical air, medical vacuum, waste anesthetic gas disposal, nitrous oxide, nitrogen). Total cooling load of the building is 930 tons.
•Building-109: A 10, 000 m² university building mainly functioning as auditorium and seminar rooms. Design works includes HVAC, Plumbing and Fire Firefighting systems. Total cooling load is 600 tons.
•Survival and Rescue Center: A training facility for the rescue and operations during calamity. It houses a pool with a simulation feature of different scenario in an open sea. Work includes design of water supply, drainage and fire fighting systems.

•King Faisal Specialist Hospital and Research Center, Jeddah: The project is all about expansion and renovation of the hospital. Main job is to design HVAC and plumbing systems, supervise and provide technical support to hospital’s engineering department.
•King Fahad Specialist Hospital, Dammam - HVAC Replacement Project Phase II: The project covers the replacement of HVAC system of the hospital from chillers, pumps, air handling units, fan coil units, duct works, piping works and BMS. Areas included are Main Entrance, Auditorium, Medical Records, CSSD, Laundry, ICU, O.R. and In-Patients. Total number of chillers for the new system is ten (10) with a nominal capacity of 500 tons each. Main job is to review and approve load calculations, drawings, material submittals, inspection of works, payment certificates.
•Obhur, Jeddah: Design of plumbing and fire fighting works for villas; domestic water supply and distribution, drainage and storm water, swimming pool pumping system, fire hose reels and fire extinguishers.
•United Sugar Company, Jeddah: Replacement of steam headers. Main job is to evaluate the total cost of the project.
•Mosque, Jeddah: Design of air conditioning system using dx-system. Total load is 140 tons.
•Baha University: Estimation and costing of HVAC system, design of plumbing system. Total load is 94 tons.
•Al Sulaiman Business Complex Project, Jeddah: A commercial center having two 8-storey building and a 7-storey annex. Main job is to review and approve the design, calculations, submittals, inspection of works for HVAC, plumbing and fire fighting works. Total load of the building is 480 tons.
•Islamic Development Bank Rehabilitation Project, Jeddah: Design work for HVAC, Plumbing and Fire fighting systems for a 6-storey building. Total cooling load is 237 tons.
•Sanabel Al Khair Project, Makkah: Design of HVAC, plumbing and fire fighting system. Total load of the building is 1027 tons.
•Wet Land Transmission Project, Jeddah: Supervision of work for a 20-km water transmission project. Job also includes review and approval of material submittals.

•Evaluate shop drawing and material submittals by sub-contractors
•Implementation of international codes and standards such as ASHRAE, SMACNA, IBC, IMC, IPC, IFC, UPC, NFPA
•Technical review and prepare material submittals according to project specifications, contract and other governing standards
•Review and verify the battery limit of works and services specified in the contract
•Study and analyze the nature and cost impact of “Variation Orders”.

•In-charge of field operations of the following:
HVAC: Detail design and engineering, supervision of installation for centralized chiller, DX system, chilled water circulating pump, expansion tank, air separator, chemical dosing system, duct heaters, filters, sound attenuators, air handling units, fan coil units, fire/smoke dampers and exhaust fans, air duct fabrication and installation, piping works of chilled water line, steam line, valves and accessories including insulation and cladding, installation of MCC / DDC panels and field instrument controllers such as humidity/temperature sensors, duct smoke detectors, immersion temperature sensors, flow switch, differential pressure switch, fire/smoke damper actuator, cooling and steam valve actuators.
FIRE FIGHTING: Detail design and engineering, supervision on installation of Foam Water Spray System, Automatic and Pre - Action Sprinkler System, Water Spray Deluge System, HP CO2, FM 200 systems, Bladder Tank, Compressor, Indoor and Outdoor Fire Hose Reels, Fire Hydrant and PIV, piping works of underground (FBE coated) and aboveground pipes and fittings - welded, threaded and grooved, Room Integrity Testing for HP CO2 and FM 200 system.
PLUMBING: Detail design and engineering, supervision on installation of lift station pumps, booster water pumps, water closet, wash basin, urinal, kitchen sink, water heater and drinking fountain, pipingworks for hot and cold water line, DWV, industrial waste, storm water and sanitary sewer.
•Evaluate Progress Billing of Sub-contractors and prepare recommendation for payment
•Coordinate with third party testing agencies in execution of HVAC System Testing, Adjusting and Balancing works, HVAC Controls, Piping Non - Destructing Test (NDE/NDT)
•Testing and Commissioning
