Provided IT support for a high-volume main clinic, while also supporting two additional branches through scheduled weekly visits and on-call assistance to ensure continuous system operations. Performed daily system checks on computers, dental machines, internet connection, and web-based systems to ensure all systems were operational before clinic hours. Assisted staff with hardware, software, and network issues, both onsite and remotely, to minimize downtime. Monitored and troubleshot CCTV systems, ensuring cameras were working properly and recordings were active. Responded to IT concerns through messages and direct coordination with clinic staff. Troubleshot issues related to dental clinic systems and devices, quickly learning unfamiliar equipment and workflows. Maintained stable IT operations in a fast-paced clinical environment by prioritising urgent technical issues.
