Process licensing and employment related applications for companies registered under the Department of
Economic Development (DED)
Advise clients of the process and accurate documentation for onboarding of new recruits locally and
internationally, as per the rules and regulation of the relevant authorities.
Draft and review employment contracts to ensure it meets the standard requirement of the UAE Labour Law
Calculate end of service settlement for the off boarding process of employees as per their employment
contracts
Assign or delegate new and ongoing tasks to team members and organise their daily schedules
Keep records of on ongoing and completed work to ensure timely reminders are set for renewal of
documents
Raise invoice, follow-up payments and assist on book keeping.
Liaise predominantly with company or business owners, managing directors for updates on progress of
ongoing work
Organised and managed the licensing process with relevant government authorities for new company set-up
(from A - Z) for Free Zones registered outside the Dubai, UAE.
Processed visa residency application of managing partners and recruitment of employees
Organised and managed the corporate service requirement of companies registered specifically under the
DMCC Free Zones
Handled all employment related applications and managed the government portal created for member
companies
