A medical Billing Executive is the one who prepares invoices, assuring client details is correctly entered in the system as per DHA standard before making the invoice for billing. Incharge of the cash and card transactions, installments like spotti and clinic installment plan. Creating payment link as per clients request and settling it in the invoices of client once account recieved the payment. Answering in bound/outband calls. Assisting client for registration and all people entering the clinic with different purposes in the clinic. Arranging bookings/appointments of client in the system. Forwarding invoices of daily sales summary report to the accounts with cash and card report ensuring everything is correctly entered in the system.
Retail Sales executive in Laduree Paris store, its a Parisian brand a French luxury of coffee and restaurant store which have retail items for sell. The store is famous of its macaroons, we have the best macaroons to be proud of. My main role is assisting the guest to my counter display as we have always 12 different macaroons flavor in the display, giving them knowledge of the flavours of macaroons the best selling and suggesting them to buy nice macaroon boxes which is more expensive but those boxes are best for gifts and they can also used for home display or adding in their home decorations. Everyday we receive daily pastries to sell and being displayed in the display counter which is also very popular since the ingredients are expensive and had been properly prepared. All the items and goods are from paris and we received the macaroons and pastries as frozen goods. One of my main role is handling the cash and card transactions on the pos till. Being able to help as well another staff especially in busy hours, being flexible to work as a cashier at the same time being able to help the hostess by attending and assisting the guest in the entrance and guiding them to the available table for them to sit. Taking orders of the guest and punching it in the pos. As a retail sales executive we have daily inventory of macaroons and make sure the count of quantity is correct before turn overring it to the other co retail staff after the shift.

I have been working in this company for 6 years and had been given the opportunity to be an assistant store in charge for more than 1 year. Arranging staff schedule weekly. Satisfying the customers by giving them exceptional quality of good customer service.

Learning how to read the quran Arabic, proper pronunciation of the Arabic quran.
