Key responsibilities:
*Teaching across different General Study courses such as: (Life and Study Skills, Theories of Learning, Introduction to Leadership, and Introduction to Nutrition).
*Weekly classroom teaching, mentoring and advising students, assisting with lesson planning, assessment and curriculum development.
*Course Leader for program: Introduction to Nutrition. Responsibilities included ensuring all CLO’s are measured and achieved. Ensuring curriculum consistency across all campuses. Updating course files. Coordinating and communicating with relevant faculty across campuses regarding program delivery.
Center for Excellence and Research (CERT) at Higher Colleges of Technology, Al Ain from March 2014 to September 2014.
Providing workshops on Presentation Skills, Introduction to Research Writing Plagiarism, Public Speaking and Debating.
*Providing research guidance and support to all students.
*Collaborating with parent campus for implementing policies and procedures regarding services of the TLC office.
*Initiating various program developments to support student learning.
*Collaborating with postgraduate students and faculty to facilitate communication pathways.
*Liaising with students to provide support and guidance regarding any educational concerns.
Key responsibilities:
*Teaching English for specific purposes with a focus on integrating all English language skills.
*Providing frequent evaluation of the learning outcomes and provide feedback to students.
