Duties & Responsibilities
•Report & Coordinates with the Controls Division Manager and Lead relative to Planning & Scheduling issues for various on-going projects.
•Prepares Level II project schedule (FEED & EPC) using Primavera 6 (P6) for various projects for Service Proposal (SP) and Level III / Level VI schedule upon receipt of Service Order (SO) from the Client for implementation in accordance with their requirements.
•Coordinates & Liaise with all concerned Departments (Engineering, Procurement, Construction & other department prior to the preparation of Service Proposal (SP).
•Develop and updates baseline schedule in P6 and other related documents: PMU, Cost & Man-hour Plan, Monthly Cost & Man-hour forecast for all projects assigned.
•Develop short-term schedules: 3-Week Look-ahead & 3-month Look-ahead, etc.
•Prepares Chart, Histogram & S-Curve required to represent Planned, Forecast and Actual Project Status in Primavera or Excel.
•Prepares progress measurement unit (PMU) for each project assignments.
•Prepares Weekly & Monthly Progress Report for submission to Client.
