Verifications and maintain records of approved Contracts. Assists Credit/Accounts Receivable Team to finalize the invoices to be forwarded to company as well as updating receivables on a daily basis. Coordinates with Income Auditor & Accounts Receivable in verifying & preparing release & refund and sending the same to the bank after obtaining approval. Updates cheques to be released on a daily basis as well as informing and issuing the same to the concerned Suppliers Provides financial, administrative & clerical services. Prepares schedule of cash purchases & verifies against PO on a daily basis. Distributes approved documents to concerned department. Keeps files & maintains records of Accounts Associates' Files Maintains files of Outgoing & Incoming MEMO. Maintains records of Outgoing official receipts, Outlet's Order Slips, Vouchers as well as Outlet's manual checks.
Prepares cash registered report on a daily basis. Provides accurate information for company’s receivables and prepares aging of receivables as well. Coordinates with Income Auditor in preparing revenue of the hotel. Accepts payments and posting of it in their respective FOLIO’s Issues receipts as well as preparing of invoices for each company. Reconciles credit cards as well as paying off. Keeps cash/bank receipt journal, receipt books as well as Staff C/L books.
Greets customers and takes telephone reservations. Seats guest while being aware of server’s sections to ensure a smooth and enjoyable dining experience for guests. Be able to answer questions and have thorough product knowledge of the menu and establishment’s policies and services. Provides courteous & efficient customer service to guests. Supports my food and beverage team and efficiently complete team duties as assigned. Ensures a safe work environment for myself and my co-workers by following the safety rules adhere to sanitation standards as outlined by the Ministry of Health.
Supervises staff and insures to abide hotel policy & procedures. Communicates with hotel management and staff regarding hotel promotions. Ensures all dining utensils were cleaned and made available throughout work shift. Attends to all customers need with courtesy and professional service. Maintains a thorough knowledge of menu, beverage, ingredients, and method of preparation. Actively use up selling techniques to exceed guest expectations and to make profit.
